The Programme on Capacity Development for Decentralization in Kerala (CapDecK) was instrumental in the publication of a vast number of books, studies, workshop reports, training manuals, handbooks, booklets and leaflets. While the partner Panchayats and organizations published most of them, a few of them were by the SDC-CapDecK Programme Coordination Unit (PCU). Those published as part of the People's Plan campaign are not included in this.
